Absolutely fantastic. SO easy and simple and my new favorite way to eat cauliflower. I used kosher salt instead of table salt. It does need the salt. Really, really good. Thanks for sharing!

What a great way to eat make cauliflower. I thought it tasted fantastic; I added some sliced carrots and some frozen brussel sprouts and some minced garlic. Would taste great without the additions too. My family wasn't as crazy about it as I was, but they are not vegetable fans like I am.

Very good! I really liked the rosemary with the cauliflower! I added some garlic too. Hubby really liked this and he's not a big cauliflower fan. Thanks!

I made this tonight and my husband loved it! He went back for seconds also. I only used half a head of cauliflower but kept the oil and seasonings the same since I also added 2 stalks of celery, about 1/4 of a yellow pepper and 3 small red potatoes quartered, the last 5 minutes of roasting I added a handful of cherry tomatoes cut in half, also added the garlic powder as some did. Served this with chicken breasts for a low fat, healthy but very tasty meal! This is a keeper which I'll be happy to use again, thank you!

I did this in foil on the grill and it was good. A nice departure from the same old cauliflower drenched in either butter or cheese sauce. Will definitely do this again and once cooler weather sets in, I'll try roasting it in my convection oven.

I had to use up left-over cauliflower and this simple recipe was surprisingly scrumptious! I didn't have fresh rosemary so I used dried. Great appetizer!!

This is great... and sometimes we make it with only oil and salt just for a change.

Very good! I cut my cauliflower a little larger because I don't like it too well done, and cooked it for about 20 minutes. Thanks for the recipe!

I would have never thought of roasting cauliflower. The fresh rosemary gives a really nice flavor and next time I will try some fresh garlic as well. I left in the oven 5 minutes longer because I like a little well done.

Such a simple and delicious recipe. Even my picky grandma and picky niece loved this. I sprinkled about 1/2 tsp. of (extra) kosher salt over the cauliflower after I laid it all out on the pan.

I combined this recipe with the Roasted Garlic Cauliflower recipe also on this site, swapping broccoli for cauliflower. It was a definite winner. The rosemary was lovely with garlic on the broccoli. We also love rosemary on roasted potatoes so I knew this would be a winner before I started. Can't wait to try it with the actual cauliflower. :)

We made this recipe as posted except we used dried rosemary instead of fresh. I also baked it in my convection oven which helped with browning. It was incredible. I love french fries and have never found anything that satisfies my craving for fries until now. This recipe is my new french fry substitute. It's really that good.

This is very good recipe and simple to make. I have had other similar cauliflower recipes that are similar and possibly a bit better, but this is solid.

I did not have rosemary (so why bother making it :) ) - so I used fresh parsely - and it was delish.

I always roasted my cauliflower (rather than steam it) I think it brings out the best flavor. I often mix up the herbs as well. Sometimes I use curry powder thyme, or cumin but I always use spg (salt, pepper, garlic).

Yum! This is a delicious way to eat cauliflower! I would have never thought of roasting it, so this recipe intrigued me. I added some minced garlic for more flavor, and the combination of garlic and rosemary was mouth-watering! This side dish was so delicious that I ate it instead of the main course! I've already made it twice, and will make it often!
