Used about 1 tsp salt instead of a pinch. This was excellent. Tasted like buttered popcorn! Next time will add a pinch of sugar right when it comes out of the oven.

The flavor was great. I think my seeds were a little on the wimpy side, as some seemed to be empty! But that's no fault to the recipe :) Thanks for sharing!

delicious! i took the suggestions about boiling them in salt water and leaving them out to dry overnight. i also may have added just a bit more salt and butter than recommended... everyone loved them!

These are good but need more flavor. The salt doesn't stick to the seeds very well.

Rated it 4 stars as they were a bit dry and I only roasted them for 30 min.

For such a simple recipe, these came out yummy! You don't always need alot of ingredients for flavor. This recipe is a perfect example. I've been snacking on these all day.

Yummy! The recipe worked perfectly. I watched "It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown" while they were baking. Wonderful Halloween healthy treat.

I boiled them in salt water and baked them as directed. I seasoned them with butter and McCormicks "OLD BAY" seasoning. A Maryland tradition! Fantastic!

I boiled these in salted water first and sprinkled them pretty well before going into the oven. A 'dash" is not near enough. They were pretty bland.

The butter is the key! Well salt is also necessary but in the past i've just toasted them with salt after cleaning them in water, but adding butter is SO much better! I can't wait to make these again!!!! They were incredible and they didn't last long unfortunately! :-)
