I used 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary as a substitute for the tablespoon of fresh. I also used garlic powder as I was short on time. I waited to salt and pepper until the potatoes (fingerling) were on the pan. I had to add about 10 extra minutes to the cook time to get them fully browned. Tasted great - you can serve this to company.

Very Easy recipe, especially for someone who cant cook. finally made my wife a meal for Mother's day and she loved it. they came out tasty and and nice golden brown

These potatoes are absolutely delicious!! So quick and easy too!! I did add seasoned salt and used my own olive oil. They are definately 5 star as they are not only delicious, they really add to your plated presentation!! "-)

Very easy and very good. I think I would have added a little more salt however that may be because I'm pregnant. Went well with Sirloin steaks off the grill. Will definitely use the recipe again.

These were very easy to make and they browned beautifully in the alloted time. I used fresh garlic instead of the garlic powder. My family loved them but I thought they were a little bland so that's why I gave it only four stars. Next time I will add something to give them a little more zing.

These are amazballz. I used garlic salt instead of powder and they turn out really well. Leftovers can be reheated on the stove with a little additional olive oil and turn out tasty. I love roasting potatoes.
