I have made this recipe several times now and it is becoming a staple at our house. The only additions I would suggest are some garlic and chopped onion, if that suits your taste. I also chopped the potatoes in bite-sized pieces (cooks faster that way). You will NOT be disappointed!

I polled the family for their opinions on these and they gave it a 3. Personally, I was a bit disappointed with this recipe. I found the potatoes to be bland even though I added additional seasonings. They were also done way sooner than 30 mins (about 15 for me). I might try these again if I jazz them up a little more.

these potatoes were simple but good, i will keep this recipe. I took some advice and used a zip lock baggy to shake up potatoes and i added some seasoning salt and garlic to the mix. However i felt it was too much garlic and will use garlic powder next time instead.

I can't cook well but this was easy. I made this with Pam Olive Oil Cooking spray, added onion powder, rosemary, and a tiny bit of garlic powder. Yummy.

This is a wonderfully simplistic and delicious recipe. I have used this recipe several times as a base for roasted potatoes (trying garlic salt and other herbs).

Definitely an easy, tasty, dish to make. We also added the fresh garlic, garlic salt, white pepper and fresh chives. Then added onions for the last 10 minutes! Kids loved it as well!

Simple and delicious recipe! I did cut my potatoes in quarters for smaller bites, but other than that followed the recipe.

I am a big potatoe fan and this recipe is pretty good. I added 3 gloves of garlic, basil and oregano. Excellant! My husband likes them which is a winner for me.

Yummy! 450 was the perfect temperature. I left them in the oven a little longer and the potatoes were nice and crispy on the outsides and so fluffy and smooth inside! I added parsley, rosemary and parmesan cheese (cheese added the last 10 minutes). Delicious potatoes!

Five stars for ease, taste and texture. Like many other reviewers, my potatoes were a little large so I quartered them. Added garlic powder, onion powder and a little oregano. Shared with my in-laws, and they really liked them.

I liked this...I used baby gold potatoes and sprinkled them with some garlic powder, fresh parsley, and sea salt. I had to cook them about 45 minutes, but they turned out great!!

Really good. Followed the directions except for cutting the larger new potatos in quarters. Used garlic salt instead of sea salt. Served along side Garlic Chicken from this site!

THESE ROASTED POTATOES ARE THE GREATEST. I HAVE TRIED OTHERS AND FOUND THEM TOO MUSHY, NOT CRISPY. THESE WENT OVER SO WELL. EVEN MY COUSIN, WHO ONLY EATS FRENCH FRIES HAD A SECOND HELPING.
