This is the roased potato recipe I've been looking for! I modified the seasonings and sprinkled the potatoes with rosemary, kosher salt, and lemon pepper--they turned out fantastically and were the hit of our dinner party. The perfect (and flexible) side dish!

The basic roasted red potato - just what i was looking for!! I baked them on a lower temp because i was cooking baked chicken at the same time (Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken from this site - yummy!!!) they were softer and not so crispy, but i liked them that way!!

I will be making these very often. Cook time was spot-on. Only thing I did differently was to add garlic salt to the seasonings.

This is how I usually make my potatoes. 1/4 olive oil seemed a bit much as my potatoes were swimming in it. Added a little more salt and pepper and also some garlic powder and oregano. Cut potatoes in 1/4's since they were a little bigger and cooking time was about 30 minutes. Crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside.

These potatoes were good. My boyfriend raved over them, and I almost felt guilty because of how easy they were. I also seasoned mine with garlic powder and onion powder. Very basic - just your run of the mill roasted red potato - and very easy.

Good, quick and easy. I upped the garlic and rosemary & gave a few shakes of sea salt and black pepper to the tops. I did boil the potatoes first for about 10 minutes and then followed the recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Good stuff right here! I enjoy simple recipes and this is just that! It took no time at all to prepare the potatoes and my company loved them. I left them in a little longer than it says to, just because I wanted them to have extra crispy edges. Otherwise, don't change a thing! It's great as/is!
