So good!!! Crispy on the outside and soft inside... Just perfect! I often make diiferent kind of roasted potatoes but these were exactly right...

i added some minced garlic and also some italian herb mix, and after about 30 minutes, some shredded parmesan cheese. they are delicious.

These were good, but I found that you really do need to make sure these potatoes are the new or small potatoes for them to really be worth this simple recipe. If you use larger potatoes, you'd have to cut them into smaller pieces and you'd lose the brown crispy part of it on some of the sides that are cut (which really makes the potato in my opinion!). I used coarsely ground sea salt and coarsely crushed black pepper, and I also sprinkled the potatoes with parsley. Next time I might add a little bit of rosemary also!

Delicious, easy to make, and adaptable to any type of meal. I made mine with a bit of dried basil and a dash of thyme to go with Ginger Steak and Sesame Green Beans (also from this site). YUM!

Can you say YUMMY!! The only thing I changed was cutting into bite size pieces and added some parsley to add a little color. Baked at 450 for 30 minutes and they came out perfect. Thanks for the recipe.

These are so easy & delicious. I couldn't stop taking "one more bite". I added a tsp of distilled white vinegar some italian seasoning & thyme to the mix. I'm sure they would have been great either way. This will become a regular in my house. Thanks so much!

These are absolutely yummy and always a hit! The only reason they are 4 stars is because sometimes they are really roasted and crunchy & other times not so much & I have to put them back in for longer. I do the same thing every time & cant figure out why. Make sure to use plenty of pepper (fresh ground makes a huge difference) and plenty of salt. Definitely a keeper.

These potatoes are great! The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because I think you have to add some balsamic vinegar to this & some fresh rosemary. Otherwise, everything about it was good. These make a wonderful side for almost any main dish protein. Thanks!

These are a hit in my house....and super easy to make. My only change is to cut the potatoes into smaller pieces...the quarters were just too big.
