My husband loves these!!!! They are so easy! I have add garlic or onion salt a couple of times to change it up!!! But they are amazing the original way!!!

Ok -- these came out really good. Only change we made was instead of simply salt and pepper to season -- we used sea salt and a six-pepper spice blend... gave the potatoes a really nice kick, thanks for sharing this!

These are very simple to make as stated. There isn't a whole lot of flavor but it is delicious. Might be best to serve it with something that has bold flavor.

This is the second time I've made these potatoes, and they have been excellent both times. My 15-year-old was skeptical at first . . . couldn't believe there wasn't some "funky spice or something" on them. She tried them anyway and loved them, along with the rest of the family. I followed the recipe as written.

These are simply the best roasted potatoes that I have had. Since using the recipe, which came out flawless and delicious, I have changed up what I add to them depending on what they are paired with. Tonight, I'm adding fresh chopped garlic and thyme to the mix and baking them with that. THey should be perfect!!! Thank you so much!
