Ingredients

  • 11 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can Swanson® Seasoned Chicken Broth with Roasted Garlic

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in 3 quart shallow baking dish. Pour broth over potatoes. Cover.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees F for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until tender.
