Oh yeah, now that's what I am talkin' about! The only thing I added was the oil that I roasted the garlic in and some parsley flakes. I used red potaotes and left the skins on, so with the flakes I made my family think I had went all out!

Was very good. My family didnt care for it too well but I liked it. Next time I will use more garilc and I also used much more butter than called for. Over all it much better than plain old mashed potatoes. Will make again.

Yummm...this is a great alternative to old fashioned mashed potatoes, especially if you are not serving them with a gravy...they have such great flavor you wouldn't need it! I cheated and used Roasted Minced Garlic from a jar(using roasted is so much better). I also added a little white pepper (secret from my mother) just to give a slight kick.

Came out more like whipped potatoes...didn't taste all that good either. Maybe it was just me though: I aint the most amazing cook. It was also my first try at mashed potatoes.

Very good, and not terribly fattening either. I halved the recipe for my husband and I, and added another 1/2 cup of milk the next day before reheating them and it made them even creamier. We enjoyed them for days, even w/ 1/2 the recipe!

OH MY! I will never make regular mashed potaoes again. I used cheddar cheese instead of parmesan. I also threw in 6 slices of cooked bacon. It is on the strong side with garlic, I will use 4 cloves next time
