Pretty good! The flavor was mild, but refreshing, which I appreciate in a side dish. It was a nice compliment to our meal. Thank you :)

This was a very good way to prepare broccoli; I liked the fresh taste that the lemon, pepper, and garlic gave to the dish. It was also very easy to prepare, but was a little salty for my taste. I will make it again, but will add less salt next time. Thanks for a very tasty and nutritious recipe!

Interesting flavor on this one. I like the tang, but I'm not sure I'll make it often. Anyway, it's a sure healthy side dish and one that deserves a try. My partner really liked it, but I give it 3 stars, so we'll average at 4.

Slightly Salty but maybe I didn't cook enough broccoli :P Also I baked it for no more than 10 min at 375 degrees but it came out GREAT :) My Boyfriend LOVED it and finished everything. Will definately make it again...probably with more broccoli :P

If you have never tried roasted broccoli before, you MUST try it!! It gives broccoli such a wonderful flavor. MMMMMM!! I usually omit the lemon juice in this recipe just because I rarely have it in the house. It is just fine without it.

Wonderful flavor and color! Looked nothing like the picture though. I cut ours long and larger florets like the restaurants do with roasted brocoli, so had to add about 10 minutes and little more oil & lemon juice. My picky eaters who don't like to try new things turned their noses up at it since used to steamed, but at least they ate it. Still deserves 5 stars.

This is just like a recipe my daughter found on the internet except that freshly grated parmesan is missing - it's key, so don't omit this. When you take it out of the oven, sprinkle about 1/2 cup and toss it in the bowl with the lemon juice. Lemon zest kicks it up a notch too.

My girls are now totally addicted to roasted broccoli because they love how the florets get all toasty and crispy brown. The only thing I did differently was significantly cut back on the salt. So good and thank you!!
