This recipe has turned two non-vegetable eaters into broccoli lovers!!! Wonderful with absolutely no changes!!!! I will be making this with most meals!

I followed the instructions to the letter except I used Kosher salt instead of sea salt. It was WAY too salty, the garlic was overly browned and bitter and the broccoli itself was tough. We're big broccoli eaters at our house (2-3X/week for dinner) and everyone gave it a thumbs down. :( If you want a great oven roasted veggie recipe, check out oven roasted cauliflower -- it has rosemary in it and is absolutely delish!

I love broccoli and it is always a favorite in this house; however this seemed to be a flop. The broccoli came out dry.

i have just tried the recipe out and finished the broccoli! it is great! i love the idea of baking them : ) Skipped the garlic as i did not notice i have none of it after i sliced the broccoli. another thing i did was wrapping the broccoli with aluminum foil so as to protect the moisture and prevent it from roasting too much. the lemon juice at the end is a wonderful delight to the broccoli and i would definitely try the recipe again. : )

This was okay, but the kids didn't love it the same as just the steamed Broccoli. Thanks for sharing though, and I appreciated the change from the same old, same old.

I was a little skeptical with making this recipe because I thought I read alot of negative comments. But we had this for dinner and it was very very very good. My two year old liked a lot. This was a a very good different way of changing it up a bit with broccoli. Thank You

I am not a big broccoli fan, mostly due to the fact that my husband likes it cooked to almost baby food consistantcy and it makes my house stink when I cook it. However, love this recipe, but did add a small sprinkle of parm cheese. Yum, yum!!

addicting. I found this recipes somewhere else online and have been making this all the time. I did not change the recipe at all except that after sprinkling with lemon juice I also sprinkle with parm. cheese, it just makes it that much better!

You can also roast asparagus this way (you can omit the lemon juice or use lemon pepper seasoning)... it is great!

My family loves broccolli fixed this way. I have also tossed it with balsamic vinegar before roasting instead of using lemon juice. Yummy!

I added cauliflower to the recipe and it was great!!! I did not use sea salt I used 1/2 t seasoned salt instead. I also added dill and thyme 1/4 t of each and the kids were asking for more! You can replace the oil with butter if you like.
