In my oven the temp or the time to cook was too long. I will continue to tweak this to get it the way I want it. I shook it all together in a bag and threw it on a parchment covered baking sheet. Was just a little to done for our taste. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent and very easy to make! I followed the recipe exactly. My children, who do not normally like cauliflower, loved it. Will definitely make again.

Made this tonight for husband and friend. We were all pleasantly surprised and agreed it was the best cauliflower we've ever eaten that wasn't smothered in cheese sauce. We didn't have parmesan cheese....might be even 5 stars with the added cheese.

This is my favorite way to make cauliflower. Agree that mixing in a bowl is better than the bag method in this case. I cook at 400 and stir often until tender, 20-30 min.

Added some flavored bread crumbs to the parmesan cheese and parsley. Did not cover and baked at 375 degrees in the oven along with my main dish for about 40 minutes. Was a great side dish. Family loved it!

I didn't have parsley, but this was wonderful without it! My family cleaned this up in one sitting. My husband and I agreed this was the best cauliflower we'd ever had!

This was good, it didn't cover the cauliflower taste which I liked but it seemed like it was missing something for me. I'll use this recipe again but just keep trying out little additions until it feels completed for my palette.

Excellent and so easy! Definitely use fresh garlic--I left the garlic cloves whole (I usually use the minced garlic in a jar, but I was going for the whole roasted garlic like I've had in a restaurant). I agree that you could also cut the oil down. I think I'll add some different spices next time--maybe red pepper flakes.

This is an excellent way to prepare cauliflower. I like my food a little spicy, so I added a 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder to the mix and it is now my favorite way to have it.

Who knew that I would like cauliflower? This is something I never eat but decided to give it another try, and what do you know, it was good! Easy to make, too. I mixed it in a bowl, like another reviewer suggested. The kids didn't like it, but that's not surprising. I will add this to the veggie rotation.

This was delicious! I actually prepared the cauliflower the night before and let it marinate in the garlic/olive oil mixture and then just roasted it for dinner the next night. I covered it with tin foil to roast it at 450 and then removed the tin foil to broil it for the last few minutes. I served it at a dinner party, and everyone loved it!

Personally I like a little more garlic in this than the recipe calls for, but I'm a bit of a garlic freak too. Will agree with the original poster of the recipe; my kids love this too!!

Loved it! Cauliflower is not my favorite veggie, but I will eat it more often with this recipe. I took this dish to Thanksgiving dinner and the pan was emptied. I modifed the amount of oil (watching my calories)and increased the garlic. It tastes great!
