Wow... a great recipe and a nice change. By mistake I mixed the Parmesan cheese in but it turned out great. Will try adding on top next time as I'm sure that will be really good as well. I didn't mix in a bag but instead just mixed in the casserole dish I was baking it in anyway. Less clean up for me. Yummy!

Cauliflower is on sale right now so I've been looking for different ways to make it. This is very good. I added broccolli to it because my daughter loves it. I'll make this again for sure.

It was OK. I followed other's advice & covered with foil for the first half of the cooking. But the overall result was still the same. Even with uniform florets, my cauliflower was burnt in places. It was dried & was lacking flavor, except for the garlic.

Yum! I am writing for two families, because I tried it and it was delicious, and more importantly my kids ate it and my husband said "this cauliflower actually has flavor!" It did not take as long to bake as the recipe called for. I baked it for only 20 minutes before putting the cheese on top. Then, I told my friend about it, and she made it and said her young children ate a ton too, and it was definitely easy and yummy. Highly recommended, and not that much more trouble that the basic steaming method - but the results are 1000% better!

We found this just okay. It wasn't fantastic but neither was it really bad. My garlic started to burn half way through so I covered the dish. After 30mins in the oven the cauliflower was still too crunchy for out tastes. The parsley and the parmesan saved this for us. Would maybe make again but I'd par boil the cauliflower first and cover the dish for the entire cooking time then uncovered while broiling to brown and crisp.

This was incredible!!! My child who hates cauliflower loved this!! I used lots of fresh garlic and spooned the oil and garlic over the cauliflower and then stirred. I also made the cauliflower uniform in shape (as another reviewer stated) for even cooking. We were fighting over the last piece! YUMMM!!!

I changed this recipe a little... I only used 2 tbs of Parmesan cheese, I added 1 pinch of red pepper flakes, 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs and 1 tbs of dried parsley (didn't have it fresh). I didn't grease the casserole dish. I placed the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes in the dish and tossed in the cauliflower. Topped it with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley after cooking for 25 min., and broiled on low until golden brown. My bf who doesn't like vegetables liked this recipe. I will try it cold (as a salad) with a bit of vinegar...

I'm sorry but this didn't work as I expected. Some of the cauliflower was perfect others too crunchy. We like the flavor though. I wished this had worked out better.

I cut this in half to use up half of a cauliflower head I had in my fridge. Plus, I'm the only one who likes cauliflower on it's own in this house. I made no changes. This turned out fabulous.

We loved this! It's such a great way to cook cauliflower. The only thing I did different was to cook it at 400 degrees for about 40 minutes so that it would be done around the same time as the rest of dinner that had to be baked at 400. So yummy!

Personally, I thought this was a bit TOO garlicky but my partner -- the garlic lover -- took a bite, sighed, and said "I'm in heaven." So, I'm giving it 5 stars! Very easy to make.
