This was fantastic! I didn't even have fresh garlic, so I used powdered, and it was still great. I can't wait to see how good it is with the real stuff. I baked it covered, and then uncovered it for the broiling.

This is the best cauliflower I have *ever* had. The cheese made it so crispy and the garlic was so great...I think I really added 6 cloves because you can never have too much garlic. I may try without the parmesan next time just to save on calories. Thank you for this beautiful recipe!

Took this to a Christmas party -- everyone loved it, and even a couple people said they don't normally like cauliflower but did like this dish!

We were looking for a fun way to dress up cauliflower without covering it in melted cheese. Bravo, no changes needed.

Nice to find another way to cook cauliflower w/o sauces or just steaming. Recommend uniform florets & will cover w/ foil next time.

I loved this! I'm not even a huge fan of cauliflower. This cooked perfectly for me. Like someone else said chop them small & uniform. I didn't even broil them, just put the parm on & left it a few more minutes.

I have never been a big fan of cauliflower but with this recipe is the best, I love it! Cauliflower normally is very bland but this recipe actually gives it a great flavor. This is the BEST recipe yet! I am always looking for recipes to enhance the flavor of vegetables and this one really does it!!!!!

Wow... a great recipe and a nice change. By mistake I mixed the Parmesan cheese in but it turned out great. Will try adding on top next time as I'm sure that will be really good as well. I didn't mix in a bag but instead just mixed in the casserole dish I was baking it in anyway. Less clean up for me. Yummy!

Cauliflower is on sale right now so I've been looking for different ways to make it. This is very good. I added broccolli to it because my daughter loves it. I'll make this again for sure.

It was OK. I followed other's advice & covered with foil for the first half of the cooking. But the overall result was still the same. Even with uniform florets, my cauliflower was burnt in places. It was dried & was lacking flavor, except for the garlic.
