So good! I'm going to do this with all sorts of different veggies now. This was great with marinara sauce. Thanks!

Excellent. I added 1 tsp seasoned salt to the oil and garlic. I also added broccoli and carrots. I'm sure you could put in whatever you have on hand. My husband and daughter really enjoyed it as well.

So good! One of my favorite ways with many veggies is roasting at high heat. Cauliflower really gets luscious when roasted and browned. Used three cloves of garlic since two of them where on the skinnier side, perfect amount for me. I left out the Parmesan since I had an earlier meal that had a lot of it, so I skipped the last broiler step and simply stirred the parsley in when the cauliflower was done. Definitely though, I can see that Parmesan would be outstanding in this and will do that next time. I can't think of anything to improve this recipe.

This is awesome. I made the cauliflower twice. The first time I followed the recipe exactly. My family said it was great. The second time I made it I added juliened red and green bell peppers, a bit of basil, thyme, and some grilling spice. Oh my goodness. it was great. My family liked it also and said both are good and both are going inot my recipe book as regulars.

I really liked this--something different from the regular steaming. I thought there was plenty of garlic! I may try cutting back the garlic and adding some shredded cheddar to get the kids to eat it better next time.

This didn't have a ton of flavor, but it wasn't too bland either. I made it exactly as written except that I used 16 oz. frozen cauliflower instead. Watch your oven--the time/temperature in this recipe was a little too much for my oven and some of the cauliflower pieces started to turn black. I caught it just in time, but only left it in for about 18 minutes.

Never knew cauliflower and broccoli could taste this good! I used a mix of califlower and broccoli. I also added in a little bit cayenne pepper and some onion powder. I also skipped the broiling part, as I don't think it was necessary. After roasting for 25-30 min., I immediately put the cheese on top and then served. Thanks, and will make again!

I made this for dinner for people who dont really like cauliflower (I love it). They said that the cauliflower was good, and they would eat it again. I found it good, but not a fantastic tasting recipe.

I like this better than steamed cauliflower. The garlic flavor was strong, but I really liked it. If you don't love garlic you may want to reduce it a bit.

We used colored cauliflower, from the local farmers...green, orange, purple and white. I did blanch it first. But the clean up was easy. I just sprayed the baking dish with cooking spray! It is now our staple winter vegetables, and an elegant dish to serve guests for Christmas dinner!
