I live in Germany and have no air-conditioning so I am always looking for new ways to grill veggies... I tried this recipe with cauliflower in four foil packets with cooking spray. It was delicious!!!

Hands down, this is the best recipe for cauliflower. I make it often and exactly as written. Thanks for a tasty, simple recipe!

I made this recipe pretty much as recommended. I have never really liked vegetables and picked this recipe as my first introduction to cauliflower. Not only did i like it, but i found myself enjoying the leftovers the next day. A very good recipe that made a cauliflower lover out of a previous cauliflower hater.

This was sooo yummy. Per other reviews, I doubled the sauce and the cheese (though I won't double the cheese next time). It was so delicious and my 3-year-old ate nearly half of it. I call that success.

A nice way to prepare cauliflower. My husband liked it (which says something since he doesn't like veggies). I will fix it again for sure.

This is good, but not as great as I expected based on the reviews. I usually steam cauliflower whole in the microwave, top with a bread crumb/garlic powder/butter mixture and broil for a two minutes. I wanted to try a different method and had high hopes for this recipe, but it just didn't wow me.

Great recipe! I use other veggies in this recipe too. I learned my lesson the first time around and from now on make sure that I cover it with tin foil to prevent burning. Now, I uncover it when it's time to put the cheese and parsley over.

I made this recipe twice. The first time I steamed the cauliflower till it was fully cooked then followed the directions except for it baked for only 12 minutes and broiled for 2-4. The second time I put the cauliflower in the oven raw as per the directions. Both times were very good but I preferred the cooking/steaming the cauliflower first. That way it was absolutely delicious and the garlic didn't burn so much.

I enjoyed the roasted cauliflower, but the directions did not work well for me. Before the cauliflower was cooked through, the garlic was burnt. Maybe it would work better to roast whole cloves or a head of garlic and combine them with the cauliflower after it is cooked.

Great & easy! My family absolutely loves this! I also do this with broccoli! I don't even use the baggie, I just mix it all up in the baking pan! Super delicious!!!
