Easy & Yummy! My brother even said "Wow, I was expecting it to be typical bland cauliflower but it's got great flavour"

Good side dish, as long as you check on it it won't burn.

I enjoyed this, though DH said it had too much garlic. I cooked the cauliflower at the temp and time specified in the recipe, and it was cooked to perfection (though if you like your vegetables crisp-tender, I'd take it out sooner).

This was a nice change for cauliflower (even though I forgot the Parm!) and will definitely make it again. I do the same for brocolli and like that it draws out some of the moisture and condenses the flavors.

After reading all the positive reviews I couldn't wait to make this recipe. Sorry to say, no one liked it. I followed the recipe exactly and the cauliflower came out very dry and somewhat bland. My daughter tried dipping it in blue cheese dressing and said it made it a little better.

This is good but can be improved. I found it to be too greasy, so next time I will just toss the cauliflower with water instead of oil and bake it covered at 400F for 20 minutes. I removed teh foil, topped it with mozzarella, and broiled it for 5 minutes uncovered. I skipped the parsley because I don't care for it.

It was just okay. I was hoping this would be the recipe to get my kids and hubby to eat cauliflower, but I guess I'll keep looking.

I began by making this recipe as stated, except that I covered it to keep the garlic from burning. For our tastes, it was very bland. I ended up adding more garlic and cheddar cheese and sticking it back under the broiler, after which we thought it was awesome! Good base recipe, just needed a few adjustments for us.

I was excited to try the recipe- since there were so many reviews for it, and it looked so simple! I found that the recipe was just so-so, it filled the house w/ a great garlic aroma however- and I thought that it was going to be really tasty, but found that it was missing something. I added shredded parmesan on top of the grated parmesan and it still wasn't doing it for me. I think it's good for a basic recipe for cauliflower, but not great.

I tried baking this at 400 for 20 minutes, then broiling for 4 minutes. I used 1/4 cup Parmesan & 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. We did not like this. The cauliflower was still crunchy, and it just seemed to be missing something.

I placed the oil and garlic in the baking dish, added the cauliflower to it and stirred it up a few times before baking. I will cover it next time and leave it a shorter length of time, 20 min. should do it. I will try adding some onions and cheese also. Great starter recipe.

I made exactly as written except left out the parsley and my whole family thought this was just ok. My husband said it tasted like boiled cabbage to him. Needed more flavor.
