Loved it! Cauliflower is not my favorite veggie, but I will eat it more often with this recipe. I took this dish to Thanksgiving dinner and the pan was emptied. I modifed the amount of oil (watching my calories)and increased the garlic. It tastes great!

I used the suggestions of others and reduced the heat and covered the dish. I found that it was steamed cauliflower opposed to roasted. The flavour wasn't bad but it was fairly mushy.

cookin'mama Thank you so much for this recipe, it's delicious! I've made this three times in the last month for my DH. He just can't get enough of it. It's such an easy recipe. I mix the cauliflower, garlic and EVOO all together in the pan I'm using, no need for a plastic bag.

Awesome - best cauliflower I've ever had. Made this with a purple variety I found at the farmers' market - wish I had taken a picture; it was beautiful. I was too impatient to grate that much parmasan cheese, but added an extra sprinkle of shreadded sharp cheddar. It was so flavorful, it didn't even need it. Fabulous recipe.

We love this recipe and make it about once or twice a month now. I don't change one thing. It's perfect. I've also used frozen cauliflower when I didn't have fresh. I just thawed it out and drained the water off of it beforehand.

YUMMY! This recipe is absolutely delicious! I didn't even add the cheese, just lots of garlic. I've made this so many times and it's hard not to eat the entire pan in one sitting. Thanks for the fabulous recipe!

My husband and I disagreed on this. He LOVED it and would give it a 4 and ate the entire head of cauliflower and I did not like it and would give it a 2 and so happily shared pieces that were on my plate with him. He made the recipe according to the instructions.

I used half broccoli and half cauliflower. I also omitted the cheese. This was very good.

I have made this several times to use up a head of cauliflower or as a side dish. It couldn't be easier or faster! The only downside (and for me it's a big one) is that the dish is HORRIBLE to scrub afterward. Next time I'll try lining with foil first.

We really enjoyed this. I'm always looking for healthy ways to fix veggie sides, and this fit the bill. Probably used less oil than called for and used dried parsley instead of fresh, but otherwise it was fantastic! Next time I may cut back on the garlic or use garlic powder instead - some bites were overpowering with garlic. I can't wait to make this again! Thanks!

Usually cauliflower is boring to me, but this recipe gave it just the right amount of flavor to perk it up. The only change I made was to just toss the cauliflower in the mixture in a bowl rather than going through the resealable bag route. Quicker and easier. Received lots of compliments. Thanks!

I went looking at the last minute for something to do with my cauliflower other than steam it or drown it in cheese, and this was a winner. I doubt it had much impact on the flavoring, but to save myself time I prepared it in advance. I broke up the cauliflower and put it directly into the baking dish, then mixed the garlic and olive oil together and poured it on top, mixed it up, covered it in foil, and stuck it in the fridge until I was ready to bake it. I baked it at 350 for an hour because it was in there with the chicken and it came out too soft, but next time I will follow the directions to see if it's a little more firm.

I would steam the cauliflour for a few minutes before roasting it to make sure that it softens enough.I ended up roasting it for an extra 15-20 minutes. I mixed it with the oil in a bowl instead the bag and then I added the garlic mixing it in with my hands. (I used the microplaner to mince the garlic.) like the others I covered the dish for the first 10 minutes. I really liked the dish though. I didn't find that the parm cheese added much to the dish.
