EXCELLENT! Finally I can make fresh Garlic bread. Roasting fresh garlic cloves makes all the difference in the world!

Turned out great! Be sure and use all 3 bulbs, not cloves. I only used 1 bulb, all I had, and the flavor wasn't strong enough. I wrapped the bulbs in foil first and ended up roasting the garlic for an hour. Watch the broiling time! Can easily burn if yours gets extra hot.

This garlic bread is fabulous. My husband has made requests for it so I make it often. I make extra garlic butter and store in the refrigerator.
