Wonderful roast, I appeared to be a competent cook when the in-laws showed up (unannounced)! I followed everything to the letter (except using a smaller chicken) and all was great. Highly recommended.

I make this all the time but use store bought stuffing. It's a really big hit at my house. The roasted potatoes taste great!!!

I only made the chicken, and used store bought stuffing, but it turned out great. The spices on the chicken were perfect. I roasted baby potatoes in the pan, with a can of chicken broth and some extra water, and 2 cloves of garlic. The potatoes were awesome!
