Loved this soup recipe. The only alteration I made was using 1/2 & 1/2 as I did not have evaporated milk. This will be my 3rd time making it, its a family hit.

Both my husband and I really thought this was excellent. I bought a rotiserre chicken from the grocery store and canned chicken broth (fat free/low sodium). I did everything according to direction. We loved the taste. I think it was a little thick, so next time I might add a bit more broth. Otherwise, awesome!

This is soooooooooo good! I followed the recipe exactly, with the exception of using home-made egg noodles instead of store bought yolk-free noodles. I'm sure that it's still delicious with either type of noodle. I also didn't have poultry seasoning on hand, but the soup still turned out excellent. The only change I might recommend is using a little bit less evaporated milk at the end. I think this is a great finishing touch, but I prefer my soup to be a little bit more brothy. I will probably use 1/2 cup next time. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a quick and delicious chicken noodle soup. **EDIT** My boyfriend recommended adding peas and it turned out amazing! I used 1/2 box frozen peas and it came out very good. I will continue to make this soup at least twice a month from now on because it's that good.

A definite keeper! The only things I did to improve the recipe were to add more olive oil (2t.) and another cup of chicken stock.

Holy smokes, this is delicious. I didn't have poultry seasoning but I didn't miss it, to be honest. I also didn't use 4c of potatoes, just two med red. This is my number one chicken soup recipe and my Husband LOVED it.

I LOVE this recipe! My kids have been begging me to make chicken noodle soup but I lost my old recipe. I found this one and it is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It is a hearty recipe that you can add your own special touch to it to make it yours. I will be using this recipe again and again. This time I saved it in my recipe box!

I made this soup for the first time for a family gathering. It was easy to make and very good! I used 2 48oz cans of reduced sodium chicken broth and twice the amount of carrots. I think next time I will add some frozen peas too. I wasn't sure about adding the milk, but I'm glad that I did.

This is by far the BEST soup ever!!! I made my own turkey stock after Thanksgiving and used leftover turkey. Left out the spices and just added parsley at the end.I didn't want to take away from the turkey flavor. I will make this EVERY year after the holidays for sure and in between with the store bought stock and chicken.
