LOVED this recipe. Like other reviewers, I used half the amount of oil, and there was still enough. Also, the potatoes were ready to eat after only 35 minutes, so watch your oven carefully! We had this with the Seasoned Turkey Burgers recipe from this site.

I made these last night and they were really good. Next time I might add the shallots later because mine burned. Otherwise it was a very good, very easy recipe to make.

Simple, yet delicious. I followed the recipe exactly except I baked it for one hour because we like it on the crispy side and added a little garlic powder to heighten the garlic flavor. A definite keeper.

Easy to make and full of flavor. Wasnt shy with the olive oil during cooking to help crisp up potatoes.

Yummy! A bit too spicy for my 2 and 5 year olds. My husband and I both liked them though. I will make again, just cut down on the spice!!!

These potatoes are great. I added some oregano, basil and thyme . I made them three times already because they disappear fast.

These were very good. I didnt use the onion or garlic because i thought it would burn after an hour in the oven, so i used garlic and onion powder instead. i also used dried parsley. They needed a lot of salt, but the finished result was perfect! Nice crunchy outside and tender inside! yummm...

These potatoes were delicious. The shallots caramelized a bit during cooking and that just added to it. The "kick" from the spices was just right. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Excellent. The only thing I would change next time is a little less cayenne pepper for my 3 year old. But they were perfect for the adults.

My new favorite potato! I used a small onion in place of shallots. I turned the temp to 375 and cooked for 45 minutes. I didn't have any farlic so I used garlic powder. They were awesome!
