Fantastic as is. Make sure you chop your shallots (or onions, which ever you're using) really small, as the first time i made mine, they were a little burnt. This is an excellent recipe and its a go-to when i dont have much on hand. Thank you!

I made a few adjustments for this: regular onion, onion salt instead of reg, and added 1/2 t. of hot sauce and a couple of teaspoons of thyme. Overall, I thought this recipe was outstanding. So far this is the best roasted potatoes recipe I've found on this site.

This was very, very good, and very, very easy! Only change I made was adding more salt after they were done, and out of the oven. Thanks! OH, and I didn't have green onions, so I used some basil instead...great flavor.

These were a nice change from the regular roasted oven fries I make. Oven fries can be a little bland sometimes, but, these had great flavor and the spice was just right for us.

Awesome potatoes. We used a chopped yellow onion instead of the shallots, and they were fantastic. Will definitely make again!

I felt they needed another 1/4tsp of salt. I noticed everyone at the table requesting the salt, other than that they were good!

This was a great recipe! I had all the ingredients on hand and it was fairly easy to prepare. I did dice the potatoes instead of cutting into wedges. They are slightly spicy (too spicy for my three year old) but you could adjust the amount of spice for your own preference.

I liked the "Booyah Potatoes" comment below, so I decided to give these a try. My husband said they were the best potatoes I've ever made. With the disclaimer that I'm not much of a cook, I still think this recipe deserves 5 stars. It was just right around my tolerance level for spicy. But then, we can't go wrong with anything that's pepper, pepper, and garlic in this family.

These were yummy! I would recommend these as a great easy side dish with flavor. I doubled the amount of seasonings to give the potatoes some extra kick. Give it a shot!

Absolutely delicious!!! I prepared this in two separate pans. In the one for my husband and myself, I followed the recipe exactly. In the other one, for the kids, I omitted the black pepper and red pepper. (Both came out delicous.) Other than needing a tad more salt at the end, it was absolutely perfect!! Thanks for sharing this restaurant quality dish!

Really good. Only thing I changed was to substitute Cajun seasoning for the cayenne pepper (like things salty). Will make again and again...

I didn't have fresh parsley so I used dill and reduced the ceyanne to just a pinch. They were fabulous.

AWESOME describes these. I wanted to make something a little different for Christmas Eve dinner to go with my husbands steaks, so I decided to try these and it was worth the risk. Everyone asked for the recipe, which just goes to show that they really did love them.

I love this recipe! Everyone I have made it for loves it. I cut my potatoes into thinner slices so that they get nice and crispy. Also, I tend to add a little more of all the ingredients for a little bit stronger flavor (especially garlic and shallots).
