This was a hit! I would exclude the stalks int he future & only use the green part of the stalk. Easy & delicious!!! The root of the beet was carmalized like candy.

Simple, clean, and very tasty! Next time I might add some herbs. This time, I took another reviewer's suggestion and roasted the beats with carrots. I also roasted some garlic cloves along with it. Very, very good! Will definitely be making this on a regular basis.

I always quarter my beets to roast and I never peel them. I also leave about an inch or two of the stem/leaves. I have been roasting beets so I'm sure this recipe is delish! However, I have not tried the greens and will today. I will probably add kale since I have sauteed kale just like this before.

I love beets and greens. I added other veggies to make an awesome roasted veggie dish with the greens as a separate side dish.

Overall, good. I sautéed the greens using rosemary olive oil. I added carrots into the roasting beets and then, at the end, threw them all into the sautéed greens with balsamic vinegar. This left a nice combination of sweet (from the beets) and acid (from the vinegar). I'd make it again.

This recipe has me hooked on beets! The beets need nothing. For the greens, I add a bit of lemon or white wine while wilting them. A crowd pleaser, and a recipe that will turn the most skeptical beet hater into a lover!

This was my first time ever cooking fresh beets and they were pretty good! Hubby liked the greens; I thought they were okay. We ate the beets plain because we just didn't feel like butter or seasoning was necessary.

I'm trying to eat beets more often and this recipe was delicious. I used the leftover beets sliced on our salad the next night.

Did just the beets - not the greens. Really turned out sweet and yummy. Slice and put on spinach salad with feta. A great way to get some additional vitamins and iron.

A little bland. I didn't like the greens on their own because I personally don't like bitter greens, but when I mixed the two together, they complimented each other well enough.

I made a meal of 1 bunch of beets and their greens. I followed the recipe as written. I did add some crumbled feta as I had seen on another similar recipe. This was healthy, flavorful and an excellent use of ingredient. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
