This was great. I added redskins and purple potatoes along with the fingerlings. A little garlic, too. Very colorful with the three potatoes and the asparagus.

I liked this recipe but my only advice would be if you're adding garlic to the oil/rosemary mix do so at the very end. This way the garlic doesn't brown and get bitter. If you're not using the full two pounds of potatoes or asparagus definitely cut down the oil. I had just under a pound of each and the potatoes came out too oily.

was looking for something to do with potatoes and asparagus (and who doesn't love rosemary?). Found it amusing that reviewer omitted (substituted) a (The?) main ingredient... however; thanks Maiat- the sun-dried tomatoes were a great (& colorful) addition (along with the suggestions).

Added 5 garlic gloves as suggested. And mixed potatoes and asparagus with oil mix all at the same time. Added a little more than one teaspoon of salt before roasting and let it all sit about 10 minutes. Then baked potatoes for about 20 minutes and tossed in asparagus for additional ten. My family LOVED it!!!! Will deff make again!!

I added 5 cloves crushed garlic to the mix and marinated potatoes and asparagus in mixture for 15 minutes before baking; delicious. Of course I used my own brands instead of those listed and I just dumped sauce over potatoes before roasting.
