Roast Pork with Plum Sauce

2 tablespoons Kikkoman Plum Sauce
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1 pound pork tenderloin

DIRECTIONS
Combine plum sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce and ginger; pour over pork in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat pork well. Refrigerate 1 hour, turning over once.
Bake pork at 400 degrees F 35 minutes, or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 155 degrees F. Let stand 5 minutes. Slice and serve with additional plum sauce.

i used this recipie for my first ever tenderloin. We had a bunch of relatives come up, and everybody loved it. I cooked it to about medium well and it came out extremely tender, and was even great reheated the next day. I already have gotten requests to make this again!
