Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 4 slices Roman Meal Bread
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 4 ounces lean roast beef, very thinly sliced
  • 1 cup arugula or wild greens

Directions

  1. Spread mayonnaise and horseradish evenly over 2 bread slices.
  2. Layer tomato, beef and arugula between slices of bread creating 2 sandwiches.
