I just used regular broccoli but this dish was great. The whole family loved it!
Good but a little too simple. Also, the broccolini needs way less than 10 minutes to cook. Ours ended up overcooked. I would also suggest throwing in a bit of half & half to the sauce if you have it, to make it more substantial. Next time I would use a little less pasta, to make more of the sauce. You can also throw in a bit of cornstarch to the sauce & some grated parmesan. I like the idea of the recipe but it didn't have enough flavor as written. We liked it but would make changes next time.
I always use recipes as a starting off point...read thru and determine elements I'll use and incorporate others. Thanks for the ideas and suggestions everyone that submits recipes!!
