My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this recipe. The ricotta and spinach is a great mixture. My only complaint is that I was left with WAY too much. I'll need to reduce the recipe next time. And I'm going to add more garlic next time, as well.

The family really liked this dish. I took advice from other reviewers and stuffed the chicken, rolled it in bread crumbs, and baked it for a while first, then added the sauce and topped it with cheese. Great advice. I anticipated that the dish was going to be on the bland side, so I added a lot more spices, but it was still a bit bland. Next time I think I will try a white wine cream sauce with it. It needs a punch. But overall, this is a very flexible recipe base--many variations are possible. Thank you for sharing it, Maria. We will make it again.

I have made this over 5 times now but have yet to review this... I omit the egg, I find no use for it and the dish turned out perfect. I also used fresh spinach. Roughly 2 cups. Great recipe for its suggestive ingredients and their amounts, but I never follow them. I just wing it most of the time with the amounts and its flawless every time. I decided to add roughly 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. YUM

I made some changes to this recipe, but it turned out wonderfully! I added parmesan and mozzarella to the stuffing, and seasoned the chicken with parsley, Italian seasoning, basil, red pepper flakes and garlic. I also added mozzarella to the sauce. This meal was to die for!

There was not a lot of flavor in this dish. The chicken was quite tender though.

Good basic recipie. I like my chicken a bit crispy so I coated it in parmesan cheese after I stuffed it. added a nice crunch. I also added some seasoning salt to the mix and some more garlic.

Reminded me of a chicken lasagna. My 9-year-old didn't care for it, but my husband and I enjoyed it.

Simple and delicious. I served it with whole grain pasta, and baked garlic parm zucchini. I found that I had a lot of extra stuffing ( made 6 large breasts) so will half the recipe for the stuffing next time.
