Wow! I thought this was fantastic. I eat spinach daily and this is certainly a keeper. I didn't have Velveeta, so I used cheddar -oh and fresh spinach rather than frozen (only because I needed to use it up). It sat on low in my crockpot for 5 hours and was just great. My family liked this, too.

Took this to our Family Christmas dinner and it didn't go over real big. Had plenty leftover. I thought it was okay but won't take to another family gathering. I'll stick to taking party potatoes.

I made this last night and I thought it needed more seasonings. My husband did not care for it, however, I enjoyed it. Next time I will go with the advice of the others and add some onions and garlic to kick it up bit.

I added onions, mushrooms, noodles, alittle chikcen broth, and used blue cheese instead of velveta. turned out very nice!

Really excellent! I made it with and without adding onion - both tasted great. As a twist to use as left-overs, add a tiny amount of milk to thin, heat and use as a dip for fresh veggies, crackers or chips.

I honestly didn't think this would turn out but it was great. I added garlic salt and italian seasoning and left out the flour. The texture was great.

Delicious! I prepared it exactly as written. Using the crockpot left the ovens free for other things. Used leftovers as dip the next day and it was even better!
