This cake was surprising! The batter was very thin, the thinnest I have ever seen, so I was a little skeptical about how it'd turn out. It came out a little shriveled in the middle but it was really moist and light! Great recipe! It's a keeper!

Very good tasting and moist cake. Due to the extra coffee liquid, mine required more baking time, but I just kept my eye on it. I'm sure I'll be making this again!!
