Pros: Gluten-free. Nutritious. Easy. Inexpensive. Cons: Not that tasty. The curry in the crust is the best part. I'm just not sure if I'd make this again or not.

We enjoyed this recipe. I didn't have any spinach, but it would be even better with it. I especially like the brown rice crust. It is perfect for our gluten free diet. Thanks for a great recipe!
