I eat steak about once every two years and this was soooo good! My 5 yr old daughter, who had never eaten steak, wanted seconds. Maybe I'll eat steak more often with this recipe!

This recipe is perfect. I used the prescribed amounts, and everything came together nicely. I was not overwhelmed by any one ingredient, as others have mentioned.

This recipe was really very good. I thought I had beer when I started but got to frig & my husband had drank the last of it. :) So I used a cup of merlot instread. Turned out wonderful. My daughter told me I had to start using this marinade on the steaks. I will try it again with the beer next time so I can rate it according to the recipe.

I made this recipe for our New Years dinner and it turned out great! I marinated the steaks for 2 days and the results were well complimented! The steak flavor was wonderful and they were so tender! Definatley will do again.

very yummy receipe and easy to make. i have made this several times. it makes the meat so tender. also note you do not have to use the mustard powder or the chili pepper sauce. it still comes out fantastic :)

This recipe was fantastic! I have a four year old and a breastfeeding newborn, so time is not my friend lately; these steaks were beautifully flavored with minimal marinating! I love this recipe!

This dish was amazing. I made it for my boyfriend and I on Valentine's Day just as the recipe went and used Heineken as my beer. They turned out wonderfully, you could just hint the maple syrup perfectly. I definitely plan on using this recipe again.

This was really good! I poked some holes in the steaks and marinated overnight in a plastic bag. They were very flavorful and juicy. Great recipe!

I marinated the steaks overnight and the taste was pretty strong. Instead of enhancing a great steak it ended up turning into more of a teriyaki beef.

Meat was very tender. Flavor not to our liking - too sweet and the sesame oil flavor was too strong even though I cut it in half.

This was sooo flavorful and tender. I marinated rib eyes overnight and they were practically falling apart on the grill. Packed with flavor!
