I really enjoyed the filling! Not too sweet. Great for ice cream, even angel food cake. The crust I believe I did the "opps" on. It was delicious, just be careful not to make it to thick. I will make this recipe again, just a thinner crust.

This is a very easy recipe - more of a top crust pie than a cobbler, I think. I use generous amounts of the fruits listed, because they cook down some and the crust is ample. I've made it multiple times. Everyone loves it!

This was a hit in our house. I was short 1/2 cup Rhubarb so I added more Strawberries. I also sprinkled cinnamon along with the sugar on top of it. I will be making it again. Families already requesting another one.

One of my family's all-time favorite desserts! Definitely one of our top 5. We wait anxiously each spring for the first rhubarb and strawberries to appear so we can make this dessert. Easy and quick, very delicious. I've also made it with raspberries (as we had lots of raspberry bushes) and that is really good, too. Topped with homemade vanilla icecream, this just can't be beat.

This is reeeaaally good!! I didn't have quite enough strawberries (not even 1 whole cup - my daughter ate them), but even with mostly rhubarb, this was sweet and tasty. I love how easy the crust was too - I hate making crusts because they are usually so tedious. I did take another's suggestion and didn't use oil in the crust. Instead, I used 1/2 c melted butter and 1/2 c water. It made for very pliable, moist dough, so I didn't need to roll out or put the milk wash on the dough before baking; I just stretched the dough by hand and sprinkled the sugar directly on the dough. I was worried with my modifications and not having enough strawberries that it may not taste right, but it is delicious!! Definitely a great treat!

The filling in this was supurb. I checked the recipe twice before I made the crust. It seemed like too much oil. It was gross. It tasted like oil. Next time I will use crisco or butter. We scraped the crust off and ate the rest over ice cream.

Great recipe. I've made this twice now, and both times everyone has said it's the best dessert they've had in a long time! I didn't have vegetable oil either time, so i used butter... but no one complained ;) Thanks!

This was my first cobbler experience, and I thought it turned out quite good. This is a great recipe. I did not find it overly soupy, the crust was quite flaky, and it was very easy to make. I have never had cobbler before, but I thought this was great, and my boyfriend loved it, though he is partial to anything with strawberry and rhubarb!! I will definately make this again!!
