Excellent recipe. I used 4 cups of rhubarb also as am trying to use up my abundant crop. I think it is better with more rhubarb in it. Thanks for sharing.

My 9 year old son and I made this for a quick dessert. It was delicious. We used 4 cups of rhubarb because we have a abundance that we are trying to use up. Very quick and easy to prepare. Will definetly make again.

Since I discovered this recipe a couple of years ago I've made it for every family gathering. It's easy and tastes great, even the next day we can leave it alone that long!
