Excellent recipe for rhubarb, a nice change from the usual crisp. I ran out of grahm cracker crumbs for the top, so I crushed up the kids cereal, cinnamon toast crunch and it was awesome.

I was looking for a different recipe using rhubarb, I found it this was really good, I brought it to a party and everyone loved it. If you like rhubarb you will love this.

I've made this recipe and it is Awesome!! I also have a recipe that doesn't call for the gelatin.This recipe is so easy to make. I add about 1 cup more of rhubarb,just to give it a little more rhubarb taste.
