I threw this together for a Saturday morning breakfast. It was really good. Everyone loved it. I didn't have buttermilk so I put 1 tablespoon of vinegar in with 1 cup of milk and it worked fine.

I had to make a dish for an office breakfast so I choose this, because I had quite a bit of rhubard in the freezer. I was a huge hit everyone loved it even those that weren't big fans of rhubarb. Execellent! I will definitely make this again.
