After reading the other reviews, I omitted the buttermilk (didn't have any anyway) and reduced the sugar to 2 Tbsp. Oh, and I did half lowfat mayo to reduce the calorie content. It was still way, way, way, waaaaaaaaay too sweet. I ended up having to put in a ton more mayo/vinegar/milk to make it even remotely palatable.
Anyway, right ingredients, way wrong proportions unless you want your coleslaw to taste like candy.
