This recipe was really good. I added pretty much whatever sounded good with the nachos. This fed a family of four and we had left overs for lunch. Great recipe for left over chicken.

I followed the suggestions posted by others and this turned out really well! I also added jalepenos as my husband and I love spicy food. Thank you!

These are great. I did have to make some changes. I left out the onions and tomato. In place of the salsa I used hot taco sauce. I cut up a fresh jalapeno and red peppers and put on top after I took out of the oven. So good!

I fixed this for the Super Bowl, OMG, what a wonderful dish. I used ground beef instead of chicken, and everyone ate the whole thing. It's a meal in itself. The kids really liked it and now said I should fix it every weekend.

BLECH!!! You know something is a flop (whether my fault or the recipes) when nachos don't go at a Superbowl party. These were an unpleasant collection of tastes and yes, the chip at the bottom were total mush! Again, BLECH!

I made these for last night's super bowl and they were great!! I added taco seasoning to he chicken as I cooked it and added Jalapenos and Black Olives on the topwith the tomatos and cheese. Tasted just like the nachos I get at a local sports bar.

Great recipe - big hit at SuperBowl party! I used canned chunk chicken to save time. I also sprinkled avocado chunks on top after removing from oven.

I make very similar nachos using a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store that I shred and mix with about 1/3 of a cup of Mild taco sauce it coats the chicken much better than a dry taco mix and the chicken stays moist. It is one of my favorite quick dinners.

These were good, but benefited from some changes. I heated up a can of black beans and added those before baking, as well as sliced black olives and avocado. Topped with sour cream. The bottom tortilla chips were a little soggy, but that's only because of all the delicious and flavorful toppings. If you don't mind eating nachos with a fork and knife, you'll love these!

Delicious! Just what I was craving! I boiled a chicken breast, then simmered it with taco seasoning. Followed the recipe otherwise, with the exception of adding a half a can of black beans to the nachos before baking. Topped with sour cream, yum! Thank you :)

I think this is a good basic recipe but I usually just use whatever I have on hand, like refried beans and shredded rotisserie chicken. I arrange my chips in a circle and scoop hot beans and chicken in the middle, top with canned diced tomatoes (more flavor than fresh) and shredded cheese and bake in the toaster oven. This leaves me with no soggy chips! Then I top with sour cream, salsa and lots of chopped cilantro. Delicious!
