I used Frank's Buffalo Sauce, so didn't need the spices besides the salt & pepper. I also baked at 400 for 1 hour (as per Frank's instructions) and it was delicious!I gave it 4 stars simply because all you need is Frank's!

My family loves this recipe! I use skinless, boneless chicken breast meat instead. I also serve the sauce separate so my kids can enjoy their homemade chicken fingers! This is our Sunday football fav!

My husband drools just thinking of this recipe! He always wants to have all of his friends over for them and begs on a weekly basis. Enough said :)

Very good recipe. I don't like wings, so I sliced up some boneless chicken breasts and they came out just fine. Also, I didn't pour the sauce over them, I put the sauce in a bowl and dipped the breast pieces in it. Much better and not as messy!

I Love these buffalo wings, so delicious. I made them once before using land o lakes butter which gave them a greater flavor.I made 24 pieces with same seasoning amount, just added more sauce. Next time I will not use as much salt. I also baked them after coating them with the sauce. Thanks Ateyaa (from youtube)& Kelly!

would have been better with more breading, i changed it up with dipping chicken in egg and then in the flour that i added garlic salt to, it was great

Really Good! I baked them, they didn't get as crispy as frying, but with putting in the sauce it turned out fine. Thanks.

This is a recipe I have made forever! The only thing I change is that I use self-rising flour! It really gives it a little extra crunch. Definately don't skip on the refrigeration!! I also change up the sauce ratio depending on how HOT our guests like them. Also, tasting the sauce it may seem hot but it will lose some of it's spice when tossed with the wings. FYI- this is actually a Hooter's wing recipe :)

Let me set everyone straight- These are "restaurant style" wings, not "original". They taste exactly like chain restaurants make them. Some people love them. I'm from Buffalo and we like this kind too!

This recipe has made my hubby a hero with the guys. They always want me to make them for every "guy" occasion. My only advice, you must must must not skip the fridge step.
