Great! Classic Restaurant Taste. Perfect If You Use Franks Hot Sauce. I Deep Fried On The Stove, Fill A Skillet With An Inch Of Oil On High And Follow The Recipe. No Deep-Fryer Required!

The absolute best I have ever eaten. Used our home-made Hot Sauce. Surprised at the crispiness even after tossing in the sauce.

My college kid who works at BW3's (a wing place)as a cook said these were even better than what he makes there. Nice and crispy crust. I did add more hot sauce and used Franks brand.

Absolutely Delicious! I sprayed the wings with cooking spray, then baked on a rack(so the oil drains) over a cookie sheet @ 350 for 35 minutes, then turned the heat to 400 degrees for 10 minutes to crisp them up. We like it hot so I just tossed it with extra cayenne pepper, Franks Red Hot and enjoyed; I even used crushed Pork Rinds instead of the flour mixture to make this low carb. PERFECT and satisfying! Thanks for the baking suggestion!

The sauce is awesome. We love wings at our house and it was perfect. HOWEVER, we like boneless wings so I tried to use cut up chicken pieces instead of the traditional wings...not good. The chicken was over cooked and chewy. That is my fault. I will forsure use this sauce again though!

This was a great recipe! I loved the batter, and soaking it in the fridge is a must! I did use my own sauce, though, but that was just personal preference. :)

I baked these, per other reviews, at 400 degrees for 40 min. since I needed to make large quantities. I then served them at a graduation party to a group of avid buffalo wing fans. They had seconds, thirds and fourths and asked to take some home. I even served a batch with Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce and they went quickly too. Awesome!

Great recipe! I made this for dinner one night and it tasted superb, so I decided to bring it to a birthday potluck. The entire tray (about 1 1/2 recipes) was GONE in less than 20 minutes, as was the blue cheese dip that I served it with. I guess that it's just that good! Perfect recipe, no alterations - a 5 star in my book!

We weren't crazy about the sauce the first time we made these, so I cheated after that and just used Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce with added butter, but still used the cooking method of this recipe and it was much more tasty.

I thought these were just okay. I liked the crispiness of the fried chicken, but I wasn't crazy about the sauce at all.

I thought this recipe was ok. I would make it again but not one of my favorites on here. I did not change anything and found it to be slightly greasy and not spicy enough for me personaly. Next time Ill just put the sauce on the side and season my chicken a bit more.

i use similar recipe but add 1/4 pint of vinegar to butter and hot sauce and then reduce and thicken with cornflour.the real secret to crispness is to put wings on a rack in fridge overnight, this draws all moisture from skin and is what they do in most restaurants.

These wings were great. I never changed a thing and cooked them in a deep fryer. Next time I make them I will wait to put the sauce on until right before we eat them. I added it a little too early last time and lost some of the crispness.
