I didn't like this recipe at all. Maybe I did something wrong, but all I could taste was the butter.

I am sorry to say that after fixing these tonight, I did not care for them at all! The flavor was good, but they were so soggy... I don't think I am going to bread them the next time I make them, if I ever make them again. We are wing lovers in this household, but these were more like Hooter's nasty wings!

I baked at 350 for 45 min then sprayed them with Pam, flipped them over and stuck them in again for 5 minutes at 375. They weren't as crispy as I would have liked but they were still yummy. I put BBQ sauce on a lot of them and I favored those over the spicy ones

I tried this, the chicken taste ok, but the sauce taste somewhat off. When you say "hot sauce", is it Tabasco or something else?

These wings were amazing! Just as good or better than what you get in most restaurants! The only change I made was coating the wings in egg before rolling them in flour and adding extra cayenne pepper for more spice! Excellent recipe.

One word: AMAZING!! I made the sauce to make a buffalo chicken salad and it was fantastic. I love spicy food, the hotter the better, and this was spicy. My hubby loved it also. I plan to try and make the wing recipe soon.

Awesome! Make sure you cook them enough. The second time I made them I got impatient and pulled them out too early. The family loved them and asked for them again. Don't skip on the refrigeration.

I am not a fan of chicken wings, but I enjoyed everything from the coating to the sauce! The key is allowing the wings to rest with the flour on them for a minimum of an hour. I took the wings out of the fridge about 15 minutes prior to frying so the wings would not bring down the temperature of the oil too much. These are the perfect snack to serve during football season! I will definitely make these again!

I made the sauce as directed, but sliced up a few chicken breasts and sauteed them with olive oil and some of the extra spices used to make the sauce. Half the household doesn't care for spicy food so I had the sauce separate as a dip for grilled buffalo chicken wraps. Those of us who like spicy food loved the flavor of the sauce. I'll have to double the recipe next time.

Instead of deep frying I baked them. Rolled them around in the flour mixture then sprayed with Pam and baked for 45 min. Took them out of the oven tossed with the sauce...Yummo. They are delicious!

FANTASTIC! I usually make mine similar to this except I've never used flour. I will use flour from now on- it made a delicious crispy coating on the wings and we loved it! I made half buffalo style and half parmesan butter garlic. This will be the way I make wings from here on out! Thanks for posting. :)

I make chicken nuggets using this recipe. Tenderloins cut into bite size pieces, coat with milk, shake in flour mixture, fry or bake, then coat with sauce. A family favorite, football night classic.
