My wings turned out perfect thanks to this recipe. I used the whole chicken wings instead of the wingettes but they were still great. I used Frank's hot sauce and I tell you what, these were better than any wing i've tried in a restarant. I will be using this recipe for as long as I cook!

Amazing wings! My husband is a picky eater, but he LOVED these so much. He said they were better than restaurant quality, and just amazing!

I made these wings in an infrared convection oven (60 minutes at 375 degrees F.) and they were sublime. I sprayed them with cooking spray, and then drizzled the barest amount of canola oil over them to get that crunchy goodness. I turned them over half way during cooking time. Wonderful recipe, thank you!

These had a good flavor but didn't get cripsy like i would have liked them to as I followed the others and baked them

I will first say that I live near Buffalo, NY so I know what a Buffalo Chicken Wing should taste like. We never flour them prior to frying, baking is out of the question, and Franks Hot Sauce is a must. While these were good, they are NOT Buffalo Chicken Wings.

Amazing....After serving these to my husband, he was convinced we could open a business selling these! That is huge coming from him, he is so picky about his wings. This recipe is a keeper!!!
