I really liked it. I added a few extra crackers because it seemed kinda wet.

This was good. I overcooked the meatloaf so it came out quite dry but that was my fault. Still tasty in the end.

My husband didnt like it at all, I didnt think it was that bad. I called my inlaws to see if they wanted the rest of it, so it wouldnt go to waste and my father-in-law said he didnt care for it.

This was by far a very tasty recipe although just a little bit salty. I did not make any adjustments other than homemade BBQ sauce for a topping. It definitely was delicious! It was also a hit with my husband ant it was only the first time he has ever had meatloaf.

There is so much stuff in this meatloaf that one taste over powers the next. One thing that really stood out was the steak sauce. I was suprised because according to 1094 people this is the best meatloaf they ever tasted.

This was "OK." Nothing special (IMHO). Made this for my fiance & I this past week. It was quick to whip up AND I had all of the ingredients on hand (HUGE plus!). I had to make a few changes to suit my/our tastes, however. Here's what I did: a) subbed ground turkey breast (all I had), b) used crushed cheddar Ritz crackers & equal amounts of cheddar & mozzarella cheese as Connie suggested, c) 'sifted' out the onion flakes from my packet of dried soup mix (again, Connie's suggestion) & d) made a glaze of 3 T katsup, 1 T honey & 1/2 t W sauce as many other reviewer's did. My pkg. of turkey was 1.25 lb., so I scaled this to feed 5 & adjusted all measurements accordingly. I also added a few 'pinches' of the dry soup powder to my meatloaf mix (hint: to sift the flakes from the powder, use a wire mesh strainer set atop a lg. bowl; give it a few good shakes to loosen the clumps of powder, using your hands if necessary). I was concerned at first b/c my meatloaf mix. was VERY 'wet,' but the finished product turned out great (perfect consistency after it sat for 5 min.)! To boot, I barely had any grease to deal with :) While my bf & I thought this was good (we both had seconds), we agreed that it was not 'great' & that I should continue my search for a meatloaf that better suits us. My bf commented that it was a shame that we could barely detect the cheese (a waste of calories). Served w/ scalloped potatoes, peas/carrots & french vanilla ice cream w/ choc. syrup for dessert! Thx. for sh

I made this recipe exactly s written - even with using cheese Ritz and only the flakes of the onion soup mix. I would give it a 5 for juicyness but for flavor a 3. My husband and I thought it was really bland, nothing to it really. I will stick with my meatloaf recipe. Sorry.

I had been looking for the perfect meatloaf recipe for years when I stumbled across this recipe. Being a vegetarian I can't really tell you what it tastes like, but my husband said it is the best meatloaf he has eaten in his entire life! Thanks for sharing this recipe, my search is over!!

We thought this meatloaf was just okay. It was a nice change, but I think I'll probably stick with the Betty Crocker one. I did make a few changes, but I don't think they would've made that huge of a difference. I used regular bread crumbs instead of crushed crackers, and used Worcestershire sauce instead of steak sauce (matter of what I had on hand). It was quite greasy, but the bread trick probably would've helped that.

This was awesome. The only thing I did different is took the suggestion of another member and made 3T ketchup, 1/2t steaksauce and 1T honey and coated it on the meatloaf about 30 minutes through. Next time will also put break on bottom as another user suggested to soak up grease. I didn't think I would have much grease because I used 93% lean hamburger meat but you still do.

I had never made meatloaf before and I was nervous because my hubby loves it, and he loved this recipe! Definitely spray pan before placing meat in. I didn't think it needed it b/c ground beef is normally pretty greasy...but it does! I will keep this to make again and again!

This was a really good meatloaf!! I loved that it held together so well and had so much flavor (followed the recipe exactly, except used Saltine crumbs). It WAS very greasy, but I just removed the whole loaf from the pan right when I pulled it out because the grease had collected in the bottom. I also made the glaze of ketchup, Worcestershire, and honey mentioned in previous reviews. Yummy!! Will make this again! Thank you!

Great meatloaf recipe. Fits perfectly into a loaf pan and really stays together. So many meatloafs fall apart while baking or when cutting. Bravo!

YUM! YUM! YUM! This recipe is a keeper. Made to a "T" and added the suggested glaze of 3T ketchup, 1T honey and 1/2t worchestershire. Baked in 6 mini loaves and served with mashed potatoes. We loved it. Thanks!
