Probably one of the best I've made! I modified a bit though - I used about half a package of onion soup and I was out of steak sauce so I used a spicy bbq instead. Delish!!!

Amen and pass the potatoes. I used normal buttery ritz, not cheezy and I did not sift out the onion soup mix, just used it as is and I did not think this was too salty. I topped it with ketchup while cooking and it was great!

I am not a meatloaf lover, but hubby is and he gave it 5*. I will definitely be making this one for him again.

I used Cheeze Its and it worked just fine. I think I'll double the topping next time (2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp honey & 1/2 tsp worshesire)and cook the other half on the stove and serve it on the side because my boyfriend wanted more ketchup and he put cold ketchup on the top - ick~

This was a wonderful meatloaf!!! The only addition I made was a bar-b-que sauce/ketchup/brown sugar topping.

Excellent flavor and very moist. Can be a bit crumbly. Maybe more crackers to hold it together better.

Very good but it was a bit salty I'll follow the submitter's own suggestion. Also, I will try the suggested glaze and that put this meatloaf over the top.

I was so sick of meatloaf because it was the same old thing. I tried this recipe and the family liked it and I liked it too. It had a different taste to it and I will make this again.

Definately one of the better meatloafs I have ever had. I am going to keep this one! I have been getting raved reviews on it. I am a big fan of glazing as others have said. I used Earl Campbells Special Suace. I suggest something with a little heat.

My fiancee dubbed this "the best meatloaf he has ever had." I have never seen him get so excited about leftovers! It gets better each day. And this is sooo easy to make. Made a red gravy sauce from FoodNetwork website (sorry!) to go over the meatloaf along with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Hands down the tastiest meatloaf recipe! I made it the first time with cheddar cheese but decided to make it a second time without to take down the calories. Personally, I liked it without because I found it to be too greasy with the cheese.

I have always been looking for a good meatloaf recipe. I have found it. This was gret. I added a little more crackers but left all the rest the same. My husband is an Executive Chef and he said it was good. Then he said it was very very good. Thank you!

This meatloaf received high ratings, and it sounded delicious with the crackers and cheese (I usually make basic meatloaf with oatmeal, milk, ketchup, and other sauces), but after I took the first bite I felt it was way too salty. My husband said it was "okay", but we continued to eat it because we didn't want it to go to waste. I will continue my search for the ultimate meatloaf recipe!

My husband crinkled his nose when I first made this meatloaf, because he said he wasn't "big on meatloaf," but when he tasted this, he loved it. He's even requested that I make it from time to time, so he's a convert! I crave this recipe sometimes, especially in the dead of winter when some good ol' comfort food is all one needs. I've experimented with this recipe from time to time -- little things like different flavored crackers and different types of steak sauce. In short, it's hard to screw this one up, and it's a nice versatile recipe.

Very tasty meatloaf. I've bene making meatloaf for yesrs & years, but this made for a nice change. I loved the idea of adding the Ritz crackers, and will most likely add more the next time I make this. And if the family has their way, I'll be making my meatloaf based on this recipe from now on lol. I don't much care for steak sauce, but dh loved the extra "oomph" of flavor.

This was very good, a great texture and didn't fall apart like some meatloaves...my husband liked it more than I did, I didn't really like the flavor of the onion soup/steak sauce. Just depends on what your tastes are, but it is a good recipe.
