We've made this about 3 times. Every bit gets eaten and everyone loves it! I use A-1 steak sauce and we don't sift out the powder in the soup mix, as it doesn't seem too salty for us. This is THE meatloaf recipe from now on. Love it!

This meatloaf is the best! I always made a good meatloaf with no real recipe, but one day I came across this and decided to try it. I cover it with a can of tomato soup towards the end of cooking time. It is great!

This would have perfect if i had used a leaner meat. Thankfully, someone recommended putting bread in the bottom of the pan and it helped soak up alot of the grease.

Very tasty and moist. I shaped the meatloaf into mini loafs instead of putting into the 9x5 pan and it cooked in half the time. Will definitely make this again.

One of the best recipes on this site. My husband said it was better than his moms meatloaf which is a HUGE compliment. I used cheese-its instead of Ritz but other than that I stuck to the recipe. Thank you for posting this meatloaf!

I made these for my family for dinner tonight. Both of my kids and my husband liked it. It turned out moist. But be sure you like the A-1 steak sauce if you are making it because you taste it a lot more than anything else. Next time, I will cut down on the amount of A-1 so I can taste the other stuff more.

Found this last year and have been making it faithfully since. This is by far the best meatloaf me and my family have ever tasted. My picky kids and my meatloaf loathing husband all love it! I do nothing different except throw in a few extra crackers. Otherwise, it falls apart. Cut up the leftovers and add to a jar of spaghetti sauce for a DELICIOUS meat sauce! Tomorrow night's dinner!

I like this better than regular meatloaf. I didn't have bread crumbs so I used a portion of a package of cornbread mix. It worked very well. I think this might be even better with some French Fried Onions on top.

We've just finished our supper. WOW! Husband enjoys many versions of meatloaf and I usually don't care for any of it. We both really, really enjoyed this recipe! This one is a winner and will be the only way I prepare meatloaf in the future. He's already looking forward to the leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

I did sift out the powder from the onion soup mix like the submitter wrote in her review, and we really enjoyed this. Tasted great the next day too on a cold meatloaf sandwich. Kids liked it too. Thanks for the recipe. Will make this again.

I add a 2 tbsp brown sugar to the mix to make this the PERFECT meatloaf. No icky, sticky ketchup mess needed on the top to make this moist. And the flavor combo is fabulous, especially for the low amount of ingredients. We won't even try another meatloaf recipe anymore. This is the meal my husband wanted before leaving for Kurdistan.

Very good meatloaf. It is a bit different from what most people expect when they think of the traditional meatloaf, buy my boyfriend and really enjoyed it and have added it are rotating menus. I followed the recipe exactly and found it just right. The steak sauce taste is a little strong, but I love that cause I really enjoy my A1 sauce, and I think that is what gives this meatloaf its zing. My only negative is I find that some of the larger bits of the onion in the dried soup mix sometimes don't mix in well and leave a bit of unwanted stringy crunch.
