I've made this recipe at least one a week for about a month. It's easy to make changes (1/2 ground beef, 1/2 turkey...) and each time I have been pleased with the results. The only thing I want to add as a novice meat loaf maker is to never use anything other than lean ground beef. I couldn't believe the amount of fat I drained out. Newbie mistake.

My family loved this recipe. I used the Glaze another member suggested(doubled it), added 1/2 cup diced bell pepper. Only had "Vegetable" flavored Ritz on hand, and aded 3 links Italian Turkey Sausage. Used "BOLD" A-1 sauce. I used the whole package of soup mix, we didn't find it too salty. It's aforgiving recipe, make to your families taste.

This was really good considering how easy it was to prepare. I don't make meatloaf often and when I do, it's usually pretty boring. I did not add steak sauce but a little worcestire instead. That's the only change I made. Very good.

This was a good meatloaf. My only suggestion is to make sure you crumble the crackers into very fine crumbs - the larger pieces I left while in a hurry became mushy and not-so-appetizing in the finished product!

I finally found my 'go to' meatloaf recipe. I've tried many different ones and my husband and I declared this one is the best by far. Definitely a keeper! I made it as is, but only used 1lb of beef because that's what I had. Still turned out perfect, mmmm!

This was EXCELLENT! Very easy to make, and it tasted wonderful! I liked how there wasn't a layer of liquidy grease on top when I took it out of the oven, like I usually have a problem with. The meat was very tender and flavorful. Will make again, thanks!

I usually make a meatloaf like this when I want to use the tailend of an almost empty bag of crackers. I've done it with Goldfish, Ritz, and almost every flavor of Cheese-It's you can think of. Really great for when you want to clean out your cupboards! This never fails to disappear off my table. I usually will add either spinach or matchstick carrots or sometimes both, depends on what I have on hand.

family favorite! I replaced the crackers for crushed up garic cheese croutons. topped with a glaze made of ketchup, worshire, sugar, dash of vinegar and mustard. Baked till the edges were crispy. So flavorful and moist!

This recipe was simple and delicious. Being a garlic lover, I added some minced fresh garlic. Also, when I put bread under my meatloaf to soak up the grease, I use thick sliced stale bread. Works much better than thn cut fresh. I am also a fan of a pinch of cayenne being from Louisiana. Kids don't even notice if I don't go overboard.
