"Rolled refrigerator cookies." — Patty
Watch video tips and tricks
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
This was soooooooo easy and the cookies were great. I kept half the dough in the freezer for later use.
We were disappointed with these. They were a little too bland for us, and the shortening taste was strong.
