Delicious and refreshing. I used Raspberry Vinaigrette since I was out of balsamic. Awesome! There was nothing left after the first meal.

This is a really unique and tasty simple salad. I used straight balsamic vinegar since I didn't have a vinaigrette dressing, and it was good, not overpowering at all. It was pretty popular at our BBQ.

This was pretty good except. The mint was a little strong for me; so next time I may leave it out but otherwise very refreshing.
