Fantastic 'tater salad; didn't have spicy brown and used yellow mustard instead and it turned out fantabulous! Can't wait to pick up spicy brown mustard for the next batch!

This receipe is amazing! I add some bacon, but other than that I wouldn't change a thing. And the salad also looks really pretty with the orange of the sweet potato!

This is delicious! Now, I know some of you will hate this, but I did make a few changes, only because it is a cool fall day and I wanted this to taste like it! I changed the milk out for apple cider, used half mayo and half sour cream, and added a handful of dried craisins. Made it a bit different and very yummy! Basic recipe would have been a winner all on its own.

I just made this today and wow, there is kick to it. I've never tasted anything like it. I absolutely love it! I had a little trouble with the potatoes and overcooked it, but didn't change the taste... still totally awesome. Wouldn't change a thing about it!

Very tasty! Didn't have red wine vinegar so I used apple cider vinegar instead - turned out just fine. I also added a dash of garlic and a pinch of fresh cilantro. Highly recommend!

MY goodness gracious......THIS is such a yummy potato salad. I am making it as we speak for the SECOND time in two weeks. I found this recipe for the 4th July weekend where my daughter had come home from her family practice down in Killeen Texas. WE LOVED it then...and I just picked up the ingredients to make it once again today. THANKS ever so much for a WONDERFUL recipe. If you do not have sweet potatoes, I would say go ahead and use regular potatoes. The stronger dressing flavors will still come through beautifully.!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this potato salad. I made it 4th of July weekend when I met my boyfriend's parents - I swear they were more excited about the recipe! Definitely a delish twist on the original "potato salad" and easy to make low-fat by picking different ingredients. I used honey mustard and it was to-die-for.

I made this for a summer picnic for about 16 people. I had nothing but compliments and they licked the bowl clean. This potato salad is much lighter in taste than the usual mayo based, and goes over well on hot days. Will keep this recipe and make it again.
